Refunds & Exchange of Goods
If a plant dies within 14 days of purchase, our staff will review the situation to determine the cause. If the plant is found to be defective, it will be replaced. Plants damaged due to improper handling or care by the customer will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Under Australian law, you are entitled to a refund if the goods or services provided do not match our descriptions or promises. For example, if we cannot supply the specific plant variety you purchased and you are not satisfied with a substitute, you are entitled to a refund, provided the goods are returned in their original condition.
To seek a refund or exchange, do not plant or neglect the plants. Refunds or exchanges require the return of goods in their original condition.
Additional guarantees may be issued by Peek Garden that modify these terms, such as unconditional replacement guarantees for specific plants. These guarantees will be detailed on our website and remain valid as long as they are published.
We will fully refund your order if you are not satisfied with a custom freight quote and inform us that you do not wish to proceed with the order.
While we strive to process refunds and exchanges promptly, online order refunds may take up to 14 days to process once authorized by Peek Garden management.

All displayed prices include GST. Prices are subject to change and are only guaranteed as displayed on our website at the time of sale or within the date range specified in any written promotion.

Whenever possible, we will provide actual images of the plants, and you can request specific images if needed.
